The TP-Link Archer MR402 AC1200 4G LTE Router provides flexible internet access by combining a built-in 4G LTE modem with a powerful dual-band wireless router. Users can simply insert a Nano SIM card, power on the router, and share mobile broadband with smartphones, laptops, tablets, smart TVs, and other connected devices.
With AC1200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi, the Archer MR402 creates two wireless networks:
- 5GHz Wi-Fi: Up to 867 Mbps for HD streaming, video calls, and gaming
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi: Up to 300 Mbps for browsing and longer-range connections
The router supports 4G LTE download speeds up to 150 Mbps and can share the connection with up to 64 wireless devices simultaneously, making it suitable for households, small offices, remote work locations, and temporary internet setups.
Equipped with two detachable external 4G LTE antennas, the Archer MR402 helps improve mobile signal reception and connection stability. It also supports Router Mode, allowing use with a traditional wired internet connection through its LAN/WAN port, with 4G serving as a backup connection when needed.
The device includes advanced networking features such as parental controls, guest Wi-Fi, Quality of Service (QoS), VPN support, firewall protection, and TP-Link Tether App management for easy setup and monitoring.
