The Hikvision DS-PDWL-E-WE is a wireless water leak detection device designed for the AX PRO security platform. It provides early warning of water leakage in areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, server rooms, basements, storage areas, and locations containing valuable equipment.
The detector uses a compact wireless transmitter with an external water detection probe that can be positioned in areas prone to flooding. When water is detected, the device sends an alarm notification to the AX PRO control panel, allowing users to receive alerts through compatible applications and take action quickly.
Using Tri-X 868 MHz two-way wireless technology with AES-128 encryption and frequency-hopping technology, the DS-PDWL-E-WE provides secure and reliable communication with the alarm hub. It includes tamper protection, signal strength indication, temperature monitoring, remote configuration, and multiple enrollment methods for easier installation. The IP66-rated waterproof housing allows reliable operation in demanding environments, while the CR2450 battery provides up to 3 years of operation under typical conditions.
