This SFP module is suitable for use with Linksys networking equipment and is equivalent to genuine part number LACGSX. It is programmed and tested at the factory, to ensure works with Linksys Gigabit Ethernet switches, Routers, network interface cards (NICs) and Gigabit SFP media converters. This 1000BASE-SX hot swappable transceiver provides maximum 550m transmission distance over multi-mode fiber (MMF) cabling at a wavelength of 850nm.
